Overview

Playmaker is the onboarding intake form for each client engagement. Capture collateral links, kickoff details, TAM and ICP, value proposition, personas, and customer stories here. Answers auto-save and become the source material for the downstream Playbook strategy document. AI fill uses evidence-first company research, direct client context, and clearly labeled recommendations where facts are not publicly verified.

How to use this page

  1. Open Playmaker for a client

In Platform, go to Onboarding > Playmaker. Pick the client in the header switcher first, or open a direct link: /platform/onboarding/playmaker/{dealId}. Add ?tab=overview, tam, values, or personas to land on a specific tab.

  2. Work through the tabs

Use All Fields for the full scrollable form, or jump to Overview, TAM & ICP, Values, Personas, or History. Click a field to edit. Rich-text fields include formatting and links. Section checkboxes mark blocks complete, and the save-status footer stays aligned with the page content while you scroll.

  3. Fill sections with AI

Expand Generate with AI, add the company name, website URL, and optional direct client context, then select Fill All with AI. You can also use Fill with AI on an individual section. A full run researches the company once and reuses that evidence across its sections for consistent output. Generated fields distinguish unsupported gaps with Client input needed and label strategic recommendations instead of presenting them as verified facts. Review and edit every draft before marking a section complete.

  4. Share a link with teammates

Internal users can select Copy Share Link in the tab bar. The URL includes the active tab when you are not on All Fields, so teammates with access can open the same client and section directly.

  5. Review a scheduled takeover as view only

When an incoming SDR opens Playmaker from the SDR Hub's Takeover Preparation section, a banner explains that the intake is view only until reassignment takes effect. Existing fields can be read, but AI fill, completion controls, and saving are unavailable.
